“Samsung’s new mid-range phone” Samsung Galaxy M20

The M20 is Samsung’s new mid-range phone with the new infinity display and some really great features and improvement for its mid-range price.

Samsung phones at the mid-range phone market isn’t very impressive. They are either poorly build, bad cameras or under powered for the price. The M20 has taken care of most of these problems.

The M20 is powered by the Exynos 7904 which is based on 14 nm structure, which is equivalent to a Snapdragon 636. It is an octa-core chip with 2 Cortex A73 cores and 6 Cortes A53 cores.

One of the main selling feature of the phone are its cameras. It includes a dual setup, one 13 MP normal lens and one 5 MP ultrawide camera with features like portrait mode but lacks in some sectors like video. It can only record video at 1080p@30fps and doesn’t have stabilization.

Normally, Samsung cuts a lot of corners in their Mid-range phone segment specially with the sensors. The M20 doesn’t have every required sensors. Features like auto brightness is available using the selfie camera and the battery is pretty big at 5000 mAh giving it some great battery life.

The build quality of this mid-range phone is pretty good for its price and the components it holds. The screen is the new Infinity V display with minimal bezels resulting in media consumption to be very enjoyable.

The new mid-range phone series, the M-series seems to have solved most of the problems with previous Samsung mid-range phones. Although problems like software update, absence of sensors are still present. But Samsung really made a great phone for the price.
